About Me
Sydney is an illustrator who strives to make work anyone can connect to, no matter who they are. Born and raised in Central Ohio in a family full of firefighters, she combined her love of art with her family's passion to create her first children's book, Boots the Firehouse Mouse - Good Fires, Bad Fires. Written by Susan Hudak of the Central Ohio Fire Museum and Learning Center, Sydney illustrated the book as her senior Capstone project at Columbus College of Art & DesignSydney's work has been recognized in CCAD's CHROMA, Blink - Festival of Light and Art, and as a CMEFCU Local Artist. She graduated from CCAD summa cum laude in December 2024. She is currently looking for representation for Kidlit, Comics, Graphic Novels, Greeting Card, Editorial, and Natural Science Illustration.Feel free to reach out via [email protected]
